A master of illusion, deception, seduction, subdual, Captain Honey Goodthighs is a powerful Desire minion that is more than capable of slugging it out with Batman level type superheroines.
Working in the guise of a highly effective police officer, this buxom, incredibly beautiful supervillainess keeps her city clean of useless violent criminals, competing crime lords, supervillains and supervillainesses. She also "eliminates" overly effective cops, agents, reporters, detectives and superheroines. They "disappear" and many of the female agents and superheroines end up prisoners of Dr. Desire but ultimately end up brain wisked, tamed, turned or work as prostitutes at the ultra-deluxe cathouse known as The Velvet Clam. The Captain seduces, KOs, captures but never kills her opponents or targets. She follows Desire's basic law - no one dies.
This wicked cutey has a number of subtle powers and a lightning fast, creative and cunning mind that can bring down, and keep down superbabes that are far, far more powerful. Her cover has never been broken.
